The Certificate in Business Process Improvement is a free, intensive 11-week program designed to equip Black-identifying professionals with the tools, frameworks, and leadership skills needed to thrive in today’s workforce.
Presented by the York University School of Continuing Studies, this blended learning experience combines live virtual classes, asynchronous coursework, real-world application, and in-person networking sessions. Participants will build their process improvement skills, explore automation strategies, and learn how to streamline and scale their work, whether leading from within or growing something of their own.
Graduates receive a verified certificate from York University School of Continuing Studies, recognizing their growth, applied skill development, and commitment to operational leadership.
